Oscar and his team came out to repair my mom’s AC. I’m in Houston and was worried because her unit went out in the middle of summer and it was over 100 degrees that week. She’s elderly and in her home alone, so it was definitely a stressful situation to say the least. I called him out for a repair, but he FaceTimed me and walked through what was needed and showed me parts and what she would save on her electric by upgrading. I decided to move forward and get her a new AC unit so we wouldn’t have to worry about ongoing repairs. I did have to use financing for the equipment and his office staff helped me through the process and I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. I’ve used a lot of contractors over the years and this was definitely the most different situation I’ve been in, but I’m very thankful for the whole team who helped me!!!

My in laws ac stopped working, I called to inquire prices and availability They offered same day service since it was an emergency They came really quick and solved the problem in great price and great customer friendly service I am not a home owner yet but definitely will call them again. A Comfort Services did an amazing job! They were extremely communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue even though it was after 5 when I called. They had to order the part but sent Humberto out shortly after they received it. Humberto was knowledgeable and kind. He worked quickly and expertly to solve the issue. The company rep I had been working with, Oscar, was super nice and even checked in a few times to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, I would absolutely work with them again, I highly recommend this company.
